Designing a skill exchange platform powered by AI
A complete redesign of Kuno’s learning platform—bringing mobile and web together with AI-powered tools, personalized growth profiles, and a scalable design system to help them impress enterprice clients.
Kuno is a skill exchange platform based in Paris. We redesigned both the mobile and desktop experience to make skill sharing easier and more intuitive.
Kuno aims to support employee empowerment. The new platform has a clean look and strong brand personality that shows up across the app. Over time, we worked closely with the Kuno team, testing with real users and fine-tuning features to support smooth and meaningful learning flows.
Kuno was transitioning from B2C to B2B, which required a major shift in both product strategy and user experience.
Hectic’s old identity was fragmented and lacked direction. Without consistency or a strong voice, it didn’t build the credibility needed in a competitive SaaS landscape. The website was cluttered, with no clear user journey, and failed to communicate the value of the product. While the platform itself was powerful, the brand created hesitation for potential clients. The challenge was not just about creating new visuals, but about reshaping perception — turning a weak identity into one that conveyed strength, clarity, and professionalism.
The redesign gave Kuno a seamless cross-platform experience, smarter AI features, and the credibility to attract enterprise clients.
